My name is Katie Barton
I am a mother of two sweet boys and a wife to an artist of all things.
I am a guide and also a dancer, sacred space holder, lover of nature, community leader and a teacher. I love going to the beach, having my feet in the river, having late night dance parties in my living room, playing in the rain, exploring new towns and seeing live music.
I believe that we learn through play all the way up until we die.
I came to study death care because I discovered by navigating care for my father and Aunt that I am gifted at helping transition and guide through many levels of care - from the start of a life limiting diagnosis to their final days of death.
I offer grace as I help you move through life in a new way.

“What is the most wonderful thing in this world? And Yudhistara replies, “The most wonderful thing in the world is that all around us people can be dying and we don’t believe it can happen to us.”
