What is an End of Life Guide and is it a death doula?
An End of Life Guide can also be called a Death Doula. It is someone who will walk with you as you navigate changes in your health and well being. I can help put together a team of support for you.
Are you a nurse, a social worker or therapist?
No I am not. I am here to guide, offer suggestions, deep listen and provide emotional support.
Do I need to be on Hospice?
No, you do not. I would love to connect with you before or when on palliative care. This allows us more time to form a connection and to better understand and guide you. However I will come in and guide family members and yourself when on hospice.

What is an End Of Life Plan?
An End of Life Plan is a detailed written document that states all your wishes for how you want to die and what do you want to happen with your body after.
What age children do you support?
I support children 2 to 10 years of age.
