Grief Movement 

This is a private zoom session to move and explore with your grief.

I am offering movement, breath and sound to release pain and struggle to connect to more empowerment and love.

These sessions are available on Mondays, Fridays and Sundays from 8-10am for a Morning Release EST for a 30 minute session. OR 6-8:00pm for an Evening Release

Planning Ahead 

Starting at $100

 This includes a free discovery call and can be done in person or over zoom. This offering is created for you as a caregiver or for your own health.

I offer peace of mind knowing there is a plan in place for when you are unable to communicate.

We will explore together your desires and wishes as we will fill out your Power of Health and End Of Life Plan.

This offers you the gift of being prepared for yourself and those near and dear to you.

Navigating Current Care

Starting at $100

I am offering support for the here and now. 

I am caring for your heart and mind. A place to be seen just as you are. 

I offer emotional support while we navigate your care.

I guide caregivers and individuals who are navigating their own health. 

I offer legacy work that offers recored stories to be remembered by future generations. 

This includes a free discovery call to determine how to best support you. We would meet for 3 to 5 sessions for 90 minutes. This can be done in person or over zoom.

I will help create a plan of care that is from your heart.

I offer a time to check in on your social emotional well being and be together.

Support for Young Children

Starting at $100

I offer guidance in talking with young children about a family member’s diagnoses.

I offer play to understand that the body is changing/declining and dying.

I offer the language to use and guide you on how to have honest conversations.

I offer ways you can stay connected to your loved one as they progress in their health and death.

This includes a free discovery call to determine how to best support you. We would meet for 1 to 3 sessions for 90 minutes. This can be done in person or over zoom.
